Columbia Icefield

 

One of the main stopping points along the 300km Icefield Parkway route is the Columbia icefield. You can walk on the glacier to get a sense of how huge is it

As you drive towards it you start to get a sense of how big it is

We were lucky enough to see it in the sunshine so really got to see it at its best
